Anderson is a dedicated storyboard artist who believes it is his job to change his interpretation of a film script or language into a visual format; 'behind every great story, there is a long suffering craftsman' - J. Todd Anderson. He has collaborated with the highly successful Coen Brothers on occasions in order to direct films like The Naked Man 1998. He makes a lot of quick noted drafts of his work by drawing black arrows to resemble movement and white arrows to resemble the panning of the camera.
